Fujifilm unveils new cases for the Z-series cameras
Fujifilm introduces three new camera cases that are specially designed for the Z-Series digital cameras. The TRE is made of black nylon and comes with color-coordinated snap-on wrist straps, in black, pink, or blue. The BULLET is a black nylon shell that has a silver reflective trim and an accent loop that completes the look. The black nylon CUBO case has Z branding on the front, and a black plastic carabineer on the back to clip onto a belt loop or purse. Prerecord Movie firmware for the Casio EX-F1
Casio announces a new firmware update for the Exilim Pro EX-F1 digital camera. Firmware version 1.10 adds the Prerecord Movie function, which permits movie capture to commence 5 seconds before the user actually presses the Movie Button. Prerecord Movie works with all movie modes, including 30 fps Standard movie mode, the 300 fps, 600 fps and 1200 fps High Speed movie modes, and the Full High-Definition movie mode. Ricoh releases the 12 Megapixel GX200, successor to the compact digital camera introduced in April last year. The GX200 inherits popular features such as a 24 to 72 mm high-performance wide-angle optical zoom lens on a 25 mm thin body, and a removable tilting electronic viewfinder. The GX200 achieves increased resolution via its 12 megapixel CCD and noise reduction via its new image processing engine.
